Terms and conditions

I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. I confirm that I am in good health and physical condition. I will inform the organisers immediately if I experience any discomfort, pain or other symptoms during the event.

2. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, including but not limited to slips, falls, contact with other participants, weather and traffic hazards.

3. I agree to follow all safety instructions given by the organisers during my participation. I agree to stay on the designated routes.

4. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my personal belongings. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.

5. I grant the organisers the right to use photographs, video or other media taken during the event for promotional and educational purposes without compensation or further consent.

6. I authorise the organisers to provide or arrange for any necessary first aid. I also agree to be financially responsible for any medical or emergency services provided to me during the activity. 

7. I understand that in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or other emergencies, the organisers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the game.
